About this location
A Ramsar Wetland and India's largest coastal lagoon, Chilika is a brackish lake hosting over a million migratory waterbirds through winter. Irrawaddy dolphins are regularly seen in the Satapada channel. The sheer diversity and scale make it a landmark for bird photography.
