About this location
A vast wildlife sanctuary encompassing the Karakoram mountain range and including the Siachen glacier. Remote and largely inaccessible, it shelters the world's largest Bactrian camel population alongside snow leopard, Tibetan wolf, and Tibetan argali at extreme altitude.
